Florey Street Advisors is built on proven multifamily forecasting expertise dating back to the pre-GFC era. In 2012, we identified the distortive effects of Operation Twist on home prices. In 2017, while much of the industry argued the cycle was nearing its end, we said the U.S. was structurally underbuilt. During the pandemic, we modeled the V-shaped employment recovery. As rent growth peaked in 2022, we anticipated the Sunbelt downturn and recommended a strategic shift toward coastal markets. Brad Dillman, CAIA, FRM, RAI
Brad Dillman, CAIA, FRM, RAI is founder and Principal of Florey Street Advisors and is responsible for all aspects of the business, with an emphasis on grand theory and system design. Brad designed, built, and operated multi- and single-family forecasting and analytical systems for Cortland, RPM Living, PulteGroup, and CoStar Portfolio Strategy. Brad earned his BA with Honors from the University of Washington and MSc from the London School of Economics. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Risk and Artificial Intelligence (RAI) designations, and several certificates from the MIT Center for Real Estate. His commentary on housing, the economy, and credit appeared in national and industry-specific media outlets.
Florey Street Agent
F.S. Agent is the main point of interface to Florey Street content, providing commentary on all aspects of Florey Street’s go-forward view and integration with web-resources. Prior to holding his current position as the Agent, he held several Chatbot Analyst positions with the firm over its initial phase of development, during which time his achievements inspired various groups to try to mimic his approach and application. F.S. Agent’s diligence and attention to detail have been instrumental to the growth of the business. As the world's first known dedicated AI Agent for multifamily investment strategy, he made history when he conducted a successful audio interview in July 2025.
